What type of HVAC systems do you service and install?

My heating or cooling system isn’t working! What can I check?
There are a few basic things you, as a customer, should check before calling in for a service call.
- Are all your electrical breakers in the on position?
- Are both service switches in the on position? (typically one piece of equipment and one at the top of the stairs.)
- Is your thermostat screen working and showing any data? (if there are no check batteries)
- Is your thermostat set to the desired mode? (heat/cool)
- Is the thermostat set above or below the room temperature?
If all these basic steps are checked, you are in the proper positions and set points, and you still have an issue, don’t panic! Pick up the phone and give us a call. We will have an experienced technician out to your house in no time to get you back up and running!
Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! Here at A & S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC, we offer free installation estimates for any type of equipment installation or replacement. Free repair estimates cannot be given, as we have to diagnose the problem(s) first.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?

Every year, your system should be checked, tested, and adjusted by a qualified technician to ensure peak performance and prevent costly breakdowns.
Can you process a warranty for me if you did not install the equipment?

With over 20 years in business, A & S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC has developed a huge network of suppliers and can track down warranty products from almost any manufacturer.
Do you install or service smart or Wi-Fi thermostats?

Yes! A & S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC can install your smart or Wi-Fi thermostat for you. We have experienced technicians trained with all of the top brands of smart thermostats.
Does it need a common wire for my smart or Wi-Fi thermostat?

No! There are new ways around having a common wire in most cases. However, we do prefer getting a common wire to the thermostat when it’s possible to avoid any complications down the road.
Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing is readily available for almost all projects. Just give our office a call, and we can walk you through the process and find the best option for you!
I am looking to add central air to my house, which currently does not have any. Is this something your company handles?
