“Woke up this week to a freezing cold house and a non-functioning furnace. We heard about A&S Nathan Last year from friends, how happy they were with the service. We figured we would call never believing that they would come right out, After all, we are total strangers to this company. From the phone call and leaving a message and getting a return phone call within minutes, The exceptional customer service began. They gave us a time that they would be out And the technician arrived within that time! Very professional, friendly, Knowledgeable And patient. “A and S Nathan has very experienced service technicians, who take the time to answer customer questions and concerns. This business is very honest in their determination of what work needs to be done, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. So the customer is respected and valued. We've used A and S Nathan for 5 years for heating and A/C maintenance, and recently Scott performed maintenance on our tankless hot water heater and replaced our furnace humidifier. Yesterday Ian and his team replaced our air conditioning after our old system failed, and they did a superb job with the installation. Ian took the time to explain how everything worked, and double checked all of the work done. We love our new air conditioning. I also want to mention how wonderful Heather, Joanne, and Beth are to work with when scheduling appointments or answering questions. “I have been using A and S Nathan heating for a couple years now . Very professional, helpful and on time . Mark came out to my moms at 8:00 on Friday night . Dispatch told me where he was and what time he will be there . Mark showed up early , was very helpful in explaining to my mom what happened . He fixed both problems in a short time .
