“A and S Nathan has very experienced service technicians, who take the time to answer customer questions and concerns. This business is very honest in their determination of what work needs to be done, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. So the customer is respected and valued. We've used A and S Nathan for 5 years for heating and A/C maintenance, and recently Scott performed maintenance on our tankless hot water heater and replaced our furnace humidifier. Yesterday Ian and his team replaced our air conditioning after our old system failed, and they did a superb job with the installation. Ian took the time to explain how everything worked, and double checked all of the work done. We love our new air conditioning. I also want to mention how wonderful Heather, Joanne, and Beth are to work with when scheduling appointments or answering questions. They have been very patient with all of my questions, and I appreciate that! Thank you!”

“This morning I woke up to no hot water and no heat. I called the company who installed my gas boiler and they referred me to A&S Heating and Cooling. They came out within hours, even though I was a new customer and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Jarod provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to be sure my heat was restored. Could not have been a better experience. I reached out for help with my furnace situation and setting an appointment was easy and pleasant. CC was added on file which also meant I didn't have to worry about it later for payment, text was sent 20 min before arrival, and arrival window was accurate.
Mark came out to fix an issue with my furnace and was fantastic. Everything was quick and easy and they got my thermostat controller issue working enough for my needs while they wait on a part that needs replacement. I also had a ton of questions since my house is old and has some unique issues, and he not only answered everything but gave other suggestions and recommendations. Mark also walked me through the follow up process for when they receive the part and can come out again.
Obviously needing help is not always the best because you're dealing with a crappy situation, but they not only turned this into a positive experience but were quick to get us back up and running. Thanks again!!”

“I had Mark from A&S Nathan come to my home for a repair. I can not say enough great things about his service. He was super friendly and knowledgeable making me feel comfortable. He went to work and fixed the problem, as a customer that’s what we are looking for right ? He was transparent when explaining my issue, which in return gained my trust .
