“I cannot say enough about A&S Nathan response time, service quality and pricing, who came to my rescue during the hottest week of the summer (so far). Our AC went out on Sunday night July 1, 2018. I called my technition that I have regularly used since the system was installed, (and I have nothing but great things to say about him as well). There was such a strain on everyones systems, that made it nearly impossible to get anyone to respond for an extended time, the July 4 holiday was on Wednesday, further complicating the response ability of these companies. I called Allen Natan late Monday afternoon, when it was too late for a response that day. He had a technition to my home Tues, diagnosing the issues, telling me that I needed a new outdoor unit. Since Wedcnesday was the July 4 holiday, His technitions were at my home bright and early Thursday morning (before 9 A.M.) installing the new one. Later that afternoon, the AC again stopped working. He immediately had them beck there, diagnosing and replacing a faulty indoor thermostat (no fault of theirs). Again, I cannot give enough thanks.”
