Scott was very knowledgeable and took the time to figure out the problem with our furnace. He gave us a thorough explanation of what the issue was and how to solve it which made sense to us. I seldomly take the time to write a testimonial. However this company deserves my accolades for their exceptional service.
Within the past two weeks I signed on for their 24/7 oil furnace coverage for four individual properties. I have three single family homes in Oxford, Connecticut as well as my own personal residence in Woodbridge.
After servicing my rental homes, I made the fourth appointment to service my own personal home in Woodbridge. On the fourth service call, I proudly shared with my Technician (Craig) that my hot water boiler (Weil Mclain) had never given me any issues after fifteen years of faithful performance. Of course the week of my last servicing, the boiler developed major leaking.

“Always fantastic service. Called last week in a heat wave with no AC and they sent someone out within a few hours and AC was repaired during the visit. This week had to call with no hot water due to a lightening storm and someone came out the same day, parts had to be ordered but they created a work around so we could take warm showers until they could come back with the parts. Back the next day with the parts and we are now able to take hot showers and enjoy the ac with this summer heat.”
