This business is very honest in their determination of what work needs to be done, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. So the customer is respected and valued. We've used A and S Nathan for 5 years for heating and A/C maintenance, and recently Scott performed maintenance on our tankless hot water heater and replaced our furnace humidifier. Yesterday Ian and his team replaced our air conditioning after our old system failed, and they did a superb job with the installation. Ian took the time to explain how everything worked, and double checked all of the work done. We love our new air conditioning. I also want to mention how wonderful Heather, Joanne, and Beth are to work with when scheduling appointments or answering questions. They have been very patient with all of my questions, and I appreciate that! Thank you!”
“Working with the company A&S Nathan was a wonderful experience. They came to do an assessment as planned and were timely in completing the installation on the date we had agreed. They were very protective of my floors, using drop clothes to cover any areas exposed. The installation was completed easily and they were patient to explain the process as I watched. They even cleaned the floor areas when they finished.
I had many questions for the office staff and they were very patient and understanding. I had researched other companies and found A&S Nathan to be the best. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of this heating/cooling devise.”
