“Thank you to David and his team who came out quite early on a bitter cold and snowy day. Our boiler stopped working on Sunday and they were able to come on short notice to get it up and running Monday morning. Even though parts needed to be replaced, they went out of their way to find them on the same day, knowing it would have been very hard to go another day with temperatures in the teens without heat! Your promptness and professionalism is appreciated!”

“A and S Nathan has very experienced service technicians, who take the time to answer customer questions and concerns. This business is very honest in their determination of what work needs to be done, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. So the customer is respected and valued. We've used A and S Nathan for 5 years for heating and A/C maintenance, and recently Scott performed maintenance on our tankless hot water heater and replaced our furnace humidifier. Yesterday Ian and his team replaced our air conditioning after our old system failed, and they did a superb job with the installation. Ian took the time to explain how everything worked, and double checked all of the work done. We love our new air conditioning. I also want to mention how wonderful Heather, Joanne, and Beth are to work with when scheduling appointments or answering questions.
