“I have been using A&S for over ten years plus for regular annual service as well as new installs. They have installed new A/c units , new HW heater and new gas furnace over the years. Today, I had a new H/w heater installed at my new home as the old one quit on me and the response was excellent. had a new unit up and running within 24 hrs of my initial call to them Prices were very reasonable, and installation was without any issues. Highly recommend.”

They quickly figured out what the problem was and even took the time to show me why it was causing the problem. They had it fixed quickly and then showed me how to tell which zones are doing what. From the office people to the techs themselves, there is always a feeling of family and professionalism when you need them…I want to particularly send thanks to Mark who is very meticulous and conscientious…. Mark is my assigned and requested tech and has always fixed or corrected our issues on the 1st trip and as economical as possible… He is a definite asset to the company and to us as well… BLESS HIM!!
Yesterday I needed them for a thermostat replacement and I thought I had the correct location, Mark arrived promptly and advised me that the opposite wall would be a better location and explained why…
This is what I am trying to express, they just don’t do the job, they do the job correctly with courtesy and without cutting corners!!
