“I have been using A&S for over ten years plus for regular annual service as well as new installs. They have installed new A/c units , new HW heater and new gas furnace over the years. Today, I had a new H/w heater installed at my new home as the old one quit on me and the response was excellent. had a new unit up and running within 24 hrs of my initial call to them Prices were very reasonable, and installation was without any issues. Highly recommend.”
“Techs came out to diagnose my oil furnace,Dave M and David S were very patient and explained everything, and corrected all the things that were left from the previous owner, then someone came back to finish up service to make sure everything was working correctly since the oil gauge wasn't working correctly. Highly recommended.”

Could not have been a better experience. I reached out for help with my furnace situation and setting an appointment was easy and pleasant. CC was added on file which also meant I didn't have to worry about it later for payment, text was sent 20 min before arrival, and arrival window was accurate.
Mark came out to fix an issue with my furnace and was fantastic. Everything was quick and easy and they got my thermostat controller issue working enough for my needs while they wait on a part that needs replacement. I also had a ton of questions since my house is old and has some unique issues, and he not only answered everything but gave other suggestions and recommendations. Mark also walked me through the follow up process for when they receive the part and can come out again.
Obviously needing help is not always the best because you're dealing with a crappy situation, but they not only turned this into a positive experience but were quick to get us back up and running. Thanks again!!”
