“We have used A&S Nathan for several years for our air conditioning, heat and water heater maintenance. Last night, around 8pm on a Friday evening we discovered our basement was partially flooded as our water heater had died. We called A&S Nathan and they were so helpful and quick to respond to us and let us know help would be on the way the next morning. At 8am this morning they arrived to install a new hot water heater. They were so nice, and installed it quickly. We are so thankful for their help when we were so panicked (and to have hot water!). Please consider using A&S Nathan as we have had nothing but a good experience with them over the years. Thank you again!”
“A&S Nathan has been great in the past servicing my Boiler, but this was the first time for my AC split system. Scott the service technician had and impressive knowledge of my AC unit. He had a great attitude and he explained while working the problem needing repair. He checked and verified the repaired unit recommending I schedule a future system cleaning next spring to improve the system air quality and prevent another breakdown.

“Yesterday, My mothers home had lost heat. I work at Aire Serv and we dont do oil, but we always use A&S nathan for our oil customers so I figured why not call them for me. I had called at 830am yesterday and Dan had given me a call back within minutes.. He definitely could have pushed us to a business day, but without question he got ready and was there within the hour. He went through everything with my mother and took the time to diagnose our issue and get us heat, as well as a maintenance within in hours time. He was definitely a spot on tech and with working in the HVAC company myself I can say he was truly one of the best.
