The technician was knowledgeable in his work. Very efficient and quickly gave me heat in upstairs bathroom!! He was polite efficient and knowledgeable. The price was sooo inexpensive to give me heat that I thought he quoted me the wrong price!!

“Our 94-year-old steam boiler failed losing all of its water and becoming totally inoperable. We never used A&S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC before but decided to give them a try because they were nearby and said that they worked on steam systems. Jake, one of the owners, came out to determine what needed to be done and provided us with an estimate just an hour or two later. We agreed to the proposal and were given an install date of about a week out. We were told however that the company would do its best to begin working on the project sooner because they knew that we did not have heat and realized how cold the outdoor temperatures were. A&S Nathan came through and began installing our new boiler six days earlier than the scheduled work date. The following day, at 3 PM, we were feeling the warmth of heat from our radiators and new boiler. Everyone with whom we dealt at A&S Nathan Heating and Cooling, from the owner, office staff, and technicians; were professional, friendly, and efficient at providing us with a great experience and all of the heat that we needed. This experience may have been our first with A&S Nathan, but it certainly will not be our last.”
“After having an issue with our thermostats and heat, we needed to get HVAC out to help. A&S had the best reviews, and I had seen them highly recommended on Shelton's local facebook group. On top of that, our electrician said they are his go-to company! Ian and Colton came out today during the estimated appointment time (they send you a text when your tech is on their way), and they immediately got to work. I was impressed with how quickly they worked-- not rushed, but with intention. They were able to solve the problem in no time, educated us on what was going on, labeled our wires and helped organize them a bit better, and also had thermostats on hand they were able to install. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Will absolutely be using them as our HVAC company moving forward!”
