“Our 94-year-old steam boiler failed losing all of its water and becoming totally inoperable. We never used A&S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC before but decided to give them a try because they were nearby and said that they worked on steam systems. Jake, one of the owners, came out to determine what needed to be done and provided us with an estimate just an hour or two later. We agreed to the proposal and were given an install date of about a week out. We were told however that the company would do its best to begin working on the project sooner because they knew that we did not have heat and realized how cold the outdoor temperatures were. A&S Nathan came through and began installing our new boiler six days earlier than the scheduled work date. The following day, at 3 PM, we were feeling the warmth of heat from our radiators and new boiler. Everyone with whom we dealt at A&S Nathan Heating and Cooling, from the owner, office staff, and technicians; were professional, friendly, and efficient at providing us with a great experience and all of the heat that we needed. This experience may have been our first with A&S Nathan, but it certainly will not be our last.”
“Needed the furnace serviced before the start of cold season and customer service was great. Called and spoke with a nice woman who explained their pricing and deals (without being pushy at all). Once we decided what we wanted, she set up an appointment for first opening. The serviceman who came to the home was quick, respectful, and did the job well. Fair price. No complaints. Would use again and recommend!”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank the office staff, Beth and Toni whose real voices answered the phone versus hearing recorded voice prompts and then listening to music to wait for someone to answer. After 30 second wait with two calls, I abandoned the calls and called A&S Nathan. My request for annual oil fired furnace service for my mom’s furnace. I was able to get asame day service appointment. Beth and Toni were kind and professional. To top it off, the service technician Kyle, was absolutely professional and pleasant. Kyle is a perfect example of an outstanding customer-facing employee.”
