Could not have been a better experience. I reached out for help with my furnace situation and setting an appointment was easy and pleasant. CC was added on file which also meant I didn't have to worry about it later for payment, text was sent 20 min before arrival, and arrival window was accurate.
Mark came out to fix an issue with my furnace and was fantastic. Everything was quick and easy and they got my thermostat controller issue working enough for my needs while they wait on a part that needs replacement. I also had a ton of questions since my house is old and has some unique issues, and he not only answered everything but gave other suggestions and recommendations. Mark also walked me through the follow up process for when they receive the part and can come out again.
Obviously needing help is not always the best because you're dealing with a crappy situation, but they not only turned this into a positive experience but were quick to get us back up and running. Thanks again!!”
“Bought a home and the inspection turned up no issues with the air conditioning except that it was aged and nearing the end of its service life. Two days after moving into the home on the 4th of July we lost all cooling. We have a 4 month old who was not tolerating the 80+ degree temps in the home. I was at work unable to help. My wife was able to speak directly to the owner of AS Nathan who offered to come on the holiday however we waited until the next morning and he sent a tech right away (Mark). Both the owner and tech Mark were extremely professional and helpful. Mark even went as far to explain and show me every issue and what was going on with the system as a whole before expertly fixing it. Our home is now cool for my family, can’t be happier with their service. Would absolutely recommend.”

I contacted them very early morning as I had no heat throughout the night and my call was returned within a half hour and a technician was sent out first thing. Scott arrived at my home and was very professional and friendly. The work done to repair my heat was only what was necessary and at a reasonable price. The office people are wonderful to deal with and the technicians they send for service are very knowledgeable and super great people that you can trust. “Always fantastic service. Called last week in a heat wave with no AC and they sent someone out within a few hours and AC was repaired during the visit. This week had to call with no hot water due to a lightening storm and someone came out the same day, parts had to be ordered but they created a work around so we could take warm showers until they could come back with the parts. Back the next day with the parts and we are now able to take hot showers and enjoy the ac with this summer heat.”
