“I very rarely write a review for a company but this is my SECOND review for A&S NATHAN…
From the office people to the techs themselves, there is always a feeling of family and professionalism when you need them…I want to particularly send thanks to Mark who is very meticulous and conscientious…. Mark is my assigned and requested tech and has always fixed or corrected our issues on the 1st trip and as economical as possible… He is a definite asset to the company and to us as well… BLESS HIM!!
Yesterday I needed them for a thermostat replacement and I thought I had the correct location, Mark arrived promptly and advised me that the opposite wall would be a better location and explained why…
This is what I am trying to express, they just don’t do the job, they do the job correctly with courtesy and without cutting corners!!
I have used A&S for my A/C, Furnace & boiler, and Oil tank replacements as well as all service and am completely satisfied…
Jake, Heather, Toni, Joanne, Mark and the rest have always been fast to respond and fair in what the company charges.. And quite honestly, you get what you pay for!!!
There are a lot of HVAC contractors out there, A&S is the best!!!”

“If oil furnace abuse was a crime, I'd be writing this from Sing Sing. I've neglected my Weil oil furnace for a few years and it finally had enough of my abuse.
So after looking for a local highly rated company to service my house in hamden we called nathan, and a wonderful gentleman named Ricardo came over to service the furnace id unknowing been abusing for years.
Now nobody likes hearing youre major appliances are in need of multiple life saving measures and nobody likes spending money, but Ricardo showed me everything that was caked in black tar or oozing muddied oil, he kept a running tally of my expenses so I wouldn't stroke out with the final number and he stayed to walk me thru everything and gave me a rudimentary idea of how this heater id owned and abused for years actually worked. On a Friday at rush hour no less.
So the money spent has already brought forth an amazing hot shower and for once I have complete confidence in the work and integrity of a contractor.
Thank yoy A&S nathan and especially thank you Ricardo for your patience, your explanation and your ability to deliver news i was fearing in the most human and understanding of ways.
Quality human being, fantastic technician and a quality company.
I highly recommend using them when you're done having your brother in law fix your furnace, or are worried you'll receive a fly by night poorly done job.
They did a grest job at a fair price.
