“Big shout out to A&S! Our fujitsu mini split was blowing warm air, called several shops and got the run around or no call backs.
A&S was able to send a tech out the next day, THAT SHOWED UP and on time. Scott went right to work found the issue and fixed.
Told us what the issue was and explained if certain things happened what kind of costs we'd see if they happened.
Will definitely be calling them back when we want to expand this system to more rooms.”

“I have been using A&S for over ten years plus for regular annual service as well as new installs. They have installed new A/c units , new HW heater and new gas furnace over the years. Today, I had a new H/w heater installed at my new home as the old one quit on me and the response was excellent. had a new unit up and running within 24 hrs of my initial call to them Prices were very reasonable, and installation was without any issues. Highly recommend.”
“Woke up this week to a freezing cold house and a non-functioning furnace. We heard about A&S Nathan Last year from friends, how happy they were with the service. We figured we would call never believing that they would come right out, After all, we are total strangers to this company. From the phone call and leaving a message and getting a return phone call within minutes, The exceptional customer service began. They gave us a time that they would be out And the technician arrived within that time! Very professional, friendly, Knowledgeable And patient. “After having an issue with our thermostats and heat, we needed to get HVAC out to help. A&S had the best reviews, and I had seen them highly recommended on Shelton's local facebook group. On top of that, our electrician said they are his go-to company! Ian and Colton came out today during the estimated appointment time (they send you a text when your tech is on their way), and they immediately got to work. I was impressed with how quickly they worked-- not rushed, but with intention. They were able to solve the problem in no time, educated us on what was going on, labeled our wires and helped organize them a bit better, and also had thermostats on hand they were able to install. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Will absolutely be using them as our HVAC company moving forward!”

Could not have been a better experience. I reached out for help with my furnace situation and setting an appointment was easy and pleasant. CC was added on file which also meant I didn't have to worry about it later for payment, text was sent 20 min before arrival, and arrival window was accurate.
Mark came out to fix an issue with my furnace and was fantastic. Everything was quick and easy and they got my thermostat controller issue working enough for my needs while they wait on a part that needs replacement. I also had a ton of questions since my house is old and has some unique issues, and he not only answered everything but gave other suggestions and recommendations. Mark also walked me through the follow up process for when they receive the part and can come out again.
Obviously needing help is not always the best because you're dealing with a crappy situation, but they not only turned this into a positive experience but were quick to get us back up and running. Thanks again!!”
