“Contacted Jake at A&S on a Wednesday that I needed my hot water heater to be cleaned and they told me with the holidays they were 4-6 weeks out. Jake asked if there was a reason he thought I needed it cleaned and I mentioned that my water was coming out brown. Jake dropped everything to order me a new unit and burner and had his crew here on that Friday AM to install it. Knowing this was a last minute ask, I figured the price was the price and potentially even more knowing they would have to move a schedule around - WRONG.
