“Woke up this week to a freezing cold house and a non-functioning furnace. We heard about A&S Nathan Last year from friends, how happy they were with the service. We figured we would call never believing that they would come right out, After all, we are total strangers to this company. From the phone call and leaving a message and getting a return phone call within minutes, The exceptional customer service began. They gave us a time that they would be out And the technician arrived within that time! Very professional, friendly, Knowledgeable And patient. “I had my first experience with A&S Nathan HVAC on April 29, 2025. Making the appointment was a breeze. Received cordial service over the phone.
On the day of the service (tune-up and cleaning of 2 C/A units and also oil furnace) the technician Dave M. arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was neat and efficient. I call the office and ask that they give him a raise as they needed to retain him as an employee!!
I am VERY happy with the service that I received and will use this company every year going forward for all my HVAC needs.
