Mark is my assigned and requested tech and has always fixed or corrected our issues on the 1st trip and as economical as possible… He is a definite asset to the company and to us as well… BLESS HIM!!
Yesterday I needed them for a thermostat replacement and I thought I had the correct location, Mark arrived promptly and advised me that the opposite wall would be a better location and explained why…
